Terms and conditions
These are the terms for a gpsite website for your GP practice.
Last updated 25 October 2026.
gpsite by mypracticemanager.co.uk is run by My Practice Manager Ltd (company number 16021943). Registered office: First Floor, Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester M4 5JW.
In these terms, "we" and "us" means gpsite, and "you" means your practice.
Your practice accepts these terms when it makes its first payment.
What it costs
- £35 a month, including any VAT.
- No set-up fee. We only charge per month.
How you pay
- We bill through Stripe, every month. You pay by card or Direct Debit.
- Billing starts when you claim your website.
How long it lasts
- No fixed term — leave any month.
- To leave, email us. Your website stays up until the end of the month you have paid for, and we will not charge you again.
- We do not plan to close the service. If we ever decided to, we would give you 3 months' notice.
If a payment is missed
If a payment is more than 30 days overdue, your website goes offline until it is paid. While it is offline, anyone who visits it sees a "Not found" page.
If a payment is still missing 3 months after your website goes offline, we treat it as you leaving.
When your website closes
When your website closes, it goes offline. Ask us within 30 days and we will send you a copy of your pages; after that we delete them.
Your web address
We will never own your web address. It stays your practice's to manage. That may feel like one more thing to look after, but it means that if you ever decide we are no longer the right fit, you can point your address somewhere else whenever you like.
Every website is built to the same standards
Every gpsite website is built from shared standards: standard wording, standard health links and standard page blocks.
When a standard changes, we update every website. We do not ask each practice again before we do.
We record each change in our public change log: Changes to gpsite websites.
Your practice's own facts
Before your website goes live, you review every page and tell us you have. Once a year we ask you to review it again. When your facts change, tell us.
Practices are legally liable for the content on their websites. If something needs to change, tell us at contact@mypracticemanager.co.uk.
We are not responsible for any delay, or for your website not going live, where that is because your practice has not done something it needs to do, such as reviewing your pages or changing your web address settings.
Your information
We do not hold any patient information. We are responsible for the small amount of information we keep to run the service.
What we never do
- We never ask for the login or password of your domain, your DNS host or your nhs.net account.
- We never ask you to point your domain anywhere except the settings on the sheet we give you.
- We never ask for patient information.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed. We will give you 3 months' notice before we change the price or close the service. If you do not want to pay the new price, you can leave before it starts.
Liability and law
If we are liable to you for anything, the most we will pay is what you paid us in the 12 months before.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
